I absolutely love this book!!

After recently learning about Claire and her website indinature.com I decided to purchase the kindle edition of the book. I am thrilled with my purchase & will at some stage add the book to my collection in the paperback format too! It is clearly written in a commonsense, no nonsense way that makes it easy to understand and follow. I am pretty new to paleo so it is great to have a reference from a nutritionist who is promoting a healthy balanced lifestyle.

So far I have tried 11 of the recipes & have enjoyed them all. The Flax & Pumpkin Seed Crackers were a great change from store bought ones, (non paleo friends were enjoying them also). The Love Your Greens Dip was very tasty too, but I did particularly like the Fruit And Nut Chocolate, it's a much healthier version for those of us who have a chocolate addiction.

There are many other recipes from sauces to side dishes & of course main course meals that look delicious
The Butter Chicken & Paleo Pizza are on my menu to cook real soon.

I can't wait to try the Sticky Date Puddings (they look Devine) and I adore a good crumble too so the Rhubarb, Blueberry and Apple Crumble is also on the list.

This book is going to keep me busy in the kitchen for a long time, it's wonderful to have found a book that is so inspiring & refreshing!

Very good book
very easy to read
This author really states good nutrition in clear uncluttered ways and the importance of such a diet. The recipes she offers are so attractive that I want to try each one of them. This is truly Nutrition in a nutshell.
I haven't had a chance to read too much of it. Work in progress, but I like what the recipes' ingredients...
Excellent book but I would not recommend buying it on as I did. Would be much better in book form for colour and easier to read. Some books are just meant to be the real McCoy. Would recommend to everyone.
